Order & Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders can take up to 10 weeks for shipment, as they are all handcrafted-to-order. Sometimes, an order will ship out sooner when it is ready. You will receive a shipment confirmation once it ships.

Wil my order arrive for Christmas?
If you ordered by 11/10, you can expect your order for Christmas (within the USA).

Why isn't my tracking updating?
Tracking can take up to 72 hours to update. Please refrain from emailing before this timeframe as it may delay the process. ​

Can I rush my order?
We may be able to accommodate a rush order, but this needs to be requested prior to ordering.

Can I combine shipping if I place more than one order?
Unfortunately, due to our volume of orders, we cannot combine shipping to avoid error wherever possible.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship anywhere around the world.

For all orders shipping outside the U.S., the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. If the package is not picked up and returned to sender, the purchaser agrees to forfeit the cost and will not receive a refund for their purchase.
We’re unable to mark packages as “gift” or “no commercial value,” and unfortunately, we cannot estimate these fees in advance, they vary by country and are determined by your local government. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are not eligible for return or exchange.
US shipping is $10 regular, or $18 with insurance
International shipping is $15 USD

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Once your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package, whether it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We package our items safely and securely. If your tracking shows that it was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building’s mailroom, or your local post office first.

If you believe your package was lost in transit or stolen, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to file claims, reroute shipments, or offer replacements/refunds for lost or stolen packages unless insurance was purchased at checkout.
We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address and adding shipping insurance at checkout.

Can I change my engraving after I placed my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot change any engraving once your order is placed. Engravings will be done exactly as ​they are written in the box. Please double check that your information is correct.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

What if my order arrives incorrect?
