The Heirloom Pet Tag is made to honor your dearest pet friend and baby. This was made to match the Heirloom Nameplate, inspired by the designers first dog, Florence, who deserves the world.
 
Please note that we cannot change engravings after your order is placed. Please ensure all spelling is correct. Engraving will be done EXACTLY as it is inputted in the box above. 
 
Each Pet Tag comes with an engraved name that you can specify and contact information on the back.
 
The Pet Tag is available in sterling silver or solid brass, and a split ring to easily add to your pets collar.
